This short film focuses on Ted, a longterm resident of Bow Haven and how the charity has had an impact on his life and the others around him.

BowHaven ia a small independent mental health centre based in Bow at the heart of London's East End. 

They have been running a successful Mental Health Wellbeing and Recovery Centre since 2003, and our way of working is completely person centred. This means that there is a high level of focus on choice, self-expression, support, opportunity, and positive ownership and responsibility.
